Each Lunar+ bag has a built-in USB port on the exterior connected to an internal cable. Simply plug your own power bank into the internal cable, and you can charge your phone from the external port without opening your bag.
No, power banks are not included. Our bags are designed to work with any standard USB power bank. We recommend a 10,000mAh or 20,000mAh bank for all-day charging.
We offer a 14-day return policy. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all attached tags. Shipping fees are non-refundable and refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus a $10 handling fee.
Email us at info@lunarplusco.com within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number. We'll get back to you within 48 hours to arrange a replacement or refund.
Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days.
Our bags are water-resistant, not waterproof. The 900D polyester with DWR coating will repel rain and splashes, but we don't recommend submerging them.
We recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth and mild soap. Do not machine wash or dry. For tough stains, use a soft brush with cold water.
